Hervorragende Ausstattung, top sauber, es sieht wirklich aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren begeistert. 2 Familien. Jeder hatte zum schlafen ein Bungalow. Gekocht, Gegessen und gespielt wurde im Poolhaus und draußen. Der Pool hat ca 4*5m, 1,30 hoch. Perfekt fit uns.

We had a fantastic week at Villa Benic. The first impression of the pool and spacious outside area with an open grilling space and garden was great. The apartment units were very clean, spacious and we found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchens. Our main center point was the pool house, where we cooked and sat together in the evenings. The communication and organization with the agency and house owner was very friendly, fast and uncomplicated. We spent some days at the house and went for dinner in the nearby town, where you can find a few hidden treasures. All in all a great summer vacation. Would definitely recommend.

Mega freundliche Gastgeberin. Immer für eine schnelle Antwort zu haben. Sehr sehr sauber . An alles gedacht. Pool top top sauber . Das Haus im allgemeinen sehr zu empfehlen. Nur das Hundegebell von gefühlten 50 Hunden ist echt anstrengend

My friends and I had really relaxing week at this beautiful villa. It is very good located. You can reach the next bigger city for grocery shopping in 5 minutes by car. Our host Marijeta always answered immediately if we had any questions. The check in was very easy. The villa is very good equipped with everything you need. We highly recommend this place!

Žminj

The warm and cozy Villa  is settled on the outskirts of Žminj. Located in the very heart of Istria, the old town of Žminj and its ancient mansions represent the beauty of history along with the comfort of tradition. Local taverns in Žminj area will present you the most delicious meals prepared only with local ingredients and following the old Istrian recipes. Only a short drive will bring you to the irresistible Svetvincenat, beautiful Pazin where you will discover the famous castle, many historical beauties and find out why Jules Verne was inspired by it, the old town of Barban and it's stunning nature, wonderful Labin with its walls and palaces and many other small stone-made towns each holding a story ready to be revealed. The great thing about this area is that its position allows you to discover almost the entire Istrian coast and all the beaches which are all within a very short reach. On your way, make sure to visit the famous coastal towns like Poreč and all its palaces, the romantic and breathtaking Rovinj, exciting Pula with its countless historical monuments and rich nightlife, but also the jewels of the eastern coast like Rabac and lovely Rakalj. The area is simply perfect for all kinds of sporting activities, from relaxing hiking, horseback riding, even several adrenaline sports to the joyful cycling on its numerous trails.

Beach Cisterna, Rovinj

The preferred summer spot by the locals Cisterna is settled in the Bačvice bay, away from the busy summer town. The Cisterna beach is pebbly with the natural setting and surrounded by Mediterranean macchia. You may reach Cisterna and the nearby Palud ornithological reserve following the road toward Pula and after 5 km drive taking the road to Veštar campground. 100 m before the Veštar main entrance turn left on a dirt road which will bring you straight to Cisterna. 

Cisterna is a wild beach which does not provide lifeguards or typical beach facilities. 



Beach Amarin, Rovinj

The wonderful Amarin is a pebble beach with a few rocky parts ideal for the whole family. Amarin beach offers several beach bars and restaurants, swimming pool, public restrooms, showers, deckchair hire, tennis courts, water skiing, beach volley, rental of bikes, boats and e-vehicles and other facilities. 

The Amarin beach is lifeguarded, it has free parking but there is a daily entrance fee of 3 Euro per person.


Beach Porton Biondi, Rovinj

The marvelous Porton Biondi is a large pebbly, rocky and paved beach on the north of the old town. Porton Biondi has numerous beach bars and restaurants and offers public restrooms, changing cabins, scuba diving, beach volleyball, kayaking, water sport centre, deckchair and parasol hire and a fitness centre.

Porton Biondi is not lifeguarded but is offers free parking and a magnificent view on the old town.


Beach Zlatni Rt, Rovinj

The romantic Zlatni Rt (Golden Cape, also known as Punta Corrente) is the largest and most popular Rovinj beach. Its coast is rocky and pebbly and it is settled within the Zlatni Rt Forest Park. Beside the beautiful nature, Golden Cape is offering restaurants, beach bars, showers, public restrooms, changing cabins, bike rental, free climbing area, pedal boats and deckchair and parasol rent while on the well-maintained meadows you may have fun playing a game of soccer, volleyball, badminton or just enjoy in the deep shade. There`s a free parking on a 10-minute walk from the beach. 

The Golden Cape beach is lifeguarded and listed as one of the most beautiful sites in Croatia.
