Villa Vista Visinada
Villa Vista Visinada is a lovely Istrian stone house with a swimming pool located on the outskirts of the charming town of Vizinada. The house offers a beautiful panoramic view of the green Istrian countryside and nearby Motovun. The area around the house is known for its wines and olive oil producers. The coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad are just a 20-minute drive away.
The holiday home has recently undergone a full renovation and is situated on a well-maintained and enclosed property. Here, you'll find a 32 sqm swimming pool, a children's swing, two covered terraces perfect for outdoor dining, and an equipped summer kitchen with a shower/toilet.
This 100 sqm holiday home spans over two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor features a living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a comfortable living room, along with a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are a total of three bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with a single bed along with a shower/toilet. In the hallway, two air-conditioning units ensure a cool and comfortable atmosphere in the bedrooms.
Please note that youth groups are not allowed (where all guests are below the age of 26).

Das Haus war einfach toll, sehr heimelig eingerichtet, tolle Ausstattung, so dass man sich fast wie zu Hause gefühlt hat. Der Pool ist super schön und groß. Das Poolhaus mit der Aussenküche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde viel genutzt. Die Lage ist ruhig mit einem tollen Blick in die Umgebung. Bis zum Meer fährt man etwa 25 Minuten. Anfil war ein toller Gastgeber und immer ansprechbar.
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Villa Vista! Der Villa fehlt es an rein gar nichts. Man hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt und die Vermieter und Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und sehr gute Gastgeber. Alles super sauber und wie neu. In verschiedenen Städten und an Stränden war man innerhalb von bis zu 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Gut geeignet zum wandern und Radfahren. Die mit am besten ausgestattete Unterkunft bisher. Sehr gerne wieder! Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
