Situated in the small village of Pifari in central Istria, surrounded by lush and peaceful countryside, but  only a short drive from tourist centers like Porec  or Rovinj,  Villa Rustica is perfectly located for a relaxing family holiday. 

The interior features a modern design with high-quality appliances, while still retaining the original charm typical of traditional Istrian houses.

On the ground floor, with direct access to the pool area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and two spacious bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The remaining two bedrooms, both with double beds, are located on the first floor, each having an exit to the balcony. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

There are to additional sofa beds for extra 2 people, wich can be placed in any bedroom or in the living room.

The second-floor veranda looks out onto the large lawn and garden with a swing for kids.

Externally, Villa Rustica offers a large covered terrace with a fireplace and barbecue, overlooking the swimming pool—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

 Villa Rustica is perfectly located for exploring all the Istrian tourist attractions. With a short drive, you can reach museums, medieval ruins, and vineyards. The beach in Rovinj is only 18 km away! Once you are ready to take a break from sightseeing, feel free to enjoy the pool, table tennis, and darts. Die Villa Rustica in Pifari gelegen an einem sehr ruhigen Ort, an dem man sich von dem Alltagstrudel erholen kann. Strand,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Städte wie Rovinj oder Pula sind am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten, welcher komplett umzäunt ist und deshalb perfekt auch für Urlaube mit Hund geeignet sind. Wie der Name sagt, überzeugt das Haus innen in einem rustikalen Stil, mit zufriedenstellender Sauberkeit. Die Ansprechpartner waren selbst am späten Abend erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und zwei Hunden vor Ort.

Die Villa ist, durch seine Aufteilung, ideal für zwei Familien geeignet! Durch die zentrale Lage ist es der optimale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in ganz Istrien! Man kann den Tag aber auch problemlos "Zuhause" verbringen! Es findet sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen und es ist genug Abwechslung vorhanden (Billard, Pool, Schaukel oder einfach ums Haus rum sausen)! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in ca. 4km Entfernung! Toni war immer für uns da und sehr hilfsbereit! Selbst bei einem Problem mit unserem Auto hat er schnell den Kontakt zu einer top Werkstatt hergestellt!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Rustica, der viel zu schnell vorbei war. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit sind top. Wir waren alle begeistert. Der Vermieter Toni ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien kommen sollten, dann buchen wir wieder hier.
