The villa is completely, unlike most others villas, immersed in green and surrounded by nature as well as only 100 m from the sea (air distance). You can go by walk to the sea. This luxury villa in Rovinj offers a high level of privacy and it can accommodate 12 guests in 6 large bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom and some of them a direct access to the pool. The living area is very spacious and luxury furnished. Parking area is very spacious and can also handle a few natural shades parking lots.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Raumaufteilung, einen riesigen Garten und Pool. Wir haben uns so pudelwohl gefühlt, so dass wir lieber am Pool als am Strand waren. Auch die Terrasse ist super (Sonnenschime hätten wir uns noch gewünscht). Der Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien fahren, dann nur noch in dieses Haus.

Die Villa war nahezu perfekt. Es war alles sehr groß und die Zimmer hatten teils getrennte Eingänge, was von Vorteil war. Zudem war alles sauber und der Pool wurde sogar einmal während des Aufenthaltes gesäubert. Auch die vielen Kühlschranke sind erwähnenswert. Nur die Bretter auf dem Balkon hatten teils herausstehende Schraubenköpfe.

La maison présente plusieurs avantages de premier plan : un immense terrain au calme et pourtant proche de la mer et de Rovinj. La piscine est immense (25 m par 10m). Les chambres sont toutes climatisées. La maison est confortable. il manque toutefois des rangements dans les chambres : nos affaires sont restées dans nos valises !
