RapavelVilla Marion is the perfect option for those looking for unique accommodation for their vacation. It is located in the small village of Smolići, not far from Višnjan, and it blends seamlessly with the regional Istrian landscape.
Originally an old farmhouse, Villa Marion was completely renovated in 2024. The focus was on incorporating natural materials from the original house to preserve the historic character and traditional look of the area. Much of the work was carried out by the family themselves, and the carpentry and furniture were handmade by local craftsmen. The villa features a 50 m2 private pool, suitable for relaxation or a refreshing dip, complemented by comfortable sunbeds and an large garden. Additionally, there is a well-equipped summer kitchen with a grill, perfect for family meals and barbecue nights.
The interior of Villa Marion is truly impressive. In the main part of the house, on the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and dining room together with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large gallery where you will find a library on one side, and entrance to a spacious bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, on the other side.
In another part of the house, on the ground floor, there is one large bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed and a private bathroom. The first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; one bedroom contains two single beds, while the other has a double bed. On the first floor is also a small kitchen with exit to a large terrace overlooking the yard.
The second floor includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a large terrace offering sea view.
In villa Marion max 2 well-behaved pets are welcome with extra payment.

We had a great time at Villa Marion! The villa is absolutely stunning and you can see that a lot of love was put into renovating the property. Hosts were great and really helpful with everything that we needed during our stay, and our kids loved the outdoor area and the pool. I highly recommend staying here!

Eine sehr schöne, große Villa. Wir haben uns mit 10 Erwachsenen und 4 Kleinkindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Jedes der Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, was für Familien super ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig freundlich. Er steht mit guten Tips und Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön und groß. Sehr gepflegt. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert.
