The estate is made of a larger villa and the detached stone house which makes it perfect for the large parties and families but also providing couple privacy in the smaller villa. It can accommodate up to 10 people. The large villa has 3 charming bedrooms, all with the belonging en suite bathrooms with one additional on the groundfloor, decorated with handpicked details and offering large built-in closets which makes them perfect for a longer stay. The open area connects a handmade wooden kitchen, a dining room with a large table and the cozy living room full of daylight and overlooking the beautiful surrounding nature and the swimming pool. The smaller villa consists of 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and the magnificent traditional living room with an open fireplace and the belonging kitchen.

Both villas are fully air-conditioned which may them perfect for a stay through the whole year. 

The large outside swimming pool offers the real pleasure, where you may refresh during day and night, chill on the comfortable lounges around it or read a book on one of the antique benches. (Beach of stone cladding 110 m2. Beach area of ​​120 m2)

The children will have time of their lives on the eqipped playground settled under your careful eye ensuring your relaxing and careless holiday.

The covered outside terrace is the place for an unforgettable time where you can dine al fresco at the massive wooden table and have the finest barbecue experience.

Nested in the enchanted evergreen story settled among the rolling hills and the blue sea, Villa  has the perfect setting for the Istrian fairytale. The area is the birthplace of countless legends, even today inspiring every visitor with its stunning nature and irresistible top hill towns. The pure wonders of nature are revealed in the unstoppable and clear waters of Sopot waterfall and the belonging Sv.Šimun trail and the everlasting and vast Učka mountain. The architectural jewels are found on every step where the old medieval castles whisper their adventures, like the solid Šumber, the charming Kršan, the silent Kožljak, wonderful Svetvincenat or the magnificent Pazin castle with its rich armory, nearby abyss and Pazinčica river all loved by the great Jules Verne and all dreamers and history aficionados. The drive to the north will introduce you to the famous Motovun, Grožnjan, Roč or the smallest town in the world Hum. The beautiful playful Girandella is a pebble and paved beach suited for all generations with the stunning view on the Kvarner bay and islands. Girandella has several restaurants, beach bars, shops, and a diving center. You may rent deck chairs, parasols and pedal boats or try banana riding or water skiing. The outdoor showers, public restrooms and changing cabins are on the beach itself. The beach is part of the lovely promenade.

Girandella beach is lifeguarded and suitable for all swimmers.


Beach Maslinica, Rabac

Located in the warm embrace of Rabac, Maslinica is a large pebble beach with clear calm waters for every age. The Maslinica beach has several restaurants, beach bars, an aquapark, waterslide, nearby tennis courts, basketball and football court. Deck chairs, parasols and pedal boats are rented on the beach.

Maslinica is lifeguarded and has outdoor showers, public restrooms and changing cabins.


Beach Sv. Andrea, Rabac

The lovely St.Andrea is a mainly pebble beach with sandy and rocky areas. Its calm and shallow waters are suitable for all kind of swimmers. St.Andrea beach offers several beach bars, restaurants, a pastry shop and numerous fun activities like an aquapark, banana rides, children's playground, sailing, or you can chill out under the warm sun and rent deckchairs and parasols. The outdoor showers, public restrooms and changing cabins are on the beach itself.
