Villa Holiday house Marilu
Located on the edge of the small village of Kunj near Labin, Holiday House Marilu is a true hidden gem. Set on a spacious 3,000 m² private property, this charming one-storey villa offers peace, privacy, and comfort — surrounded by olive trees, Mediterranean plants, and the soothing sounds of nature.
The house accommodates 4+2 guests and includes two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, air conditioning, and mosquito nets on the windows. There is one bathroom, as well as an open-plan living area with a sofa bed for two people and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Outside, a beautiful covered terrace with a romantic baldachin offers extra shade — an ideal spot to relax while enjoying views of the private swimming pool with sun loungers. There's also a large charcoal BBQ and a dartboard for some added fun.
What truly sets Marilu apart is its wonderful garden, filled with lush greenery and natural shade. In the cool shelter of the trees, you'll find a lovingly handmade children’s playground, a trampoline, and a table tennis setup — ensuring fun for both kids and adults.

Piękny dom w przepięknym dużym ogrodzie! Posesja cała ogrodzona, idealna na pobyt z psem albo dziećmi. W ogrodzie plac zabaw z trampoliną. Funkcjonalnie urządzony dom z dużą łazienką. Od zewnątrz dodatkowa toaleta. Czysto i przyjemnie, wygodne łóżka i bawełniane pościele. Dom oddalony od Labina o 15 minut, do najbliższych plaż około 30 minut. Cisza o spokój. Jeżeli lubicie odpoczynek na łonie natury serdecznie polecamy. Na koniec otrzymaliśmy podarunek od Heleny- buteleczkę własnej roboty oliwy z oliwek. Dziękujemy Heleno za piękny pobyt!
