Around the pool there are comfortable sun loungers, a lounge area for relaxation, and a covered outdoor dining area with a table and a gas barbecue, perfect for social gatherings outdoors. Thanks to large glass walls that can be fully opened, the indoor and outdoor spaces of the villa blend harmoniously into a single unit.
Upon entering the villa, you arrive in a spacious open-plan living area with a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for eight people, and a comfortable living room with an LCD TV. A SONOS audio system available in all rooms provides additional ambience.
The interior exudes contemporary design, refined details, and neutral tones that create a sense of elegance and comfort. Large glass surfaces allow abundant natural light, further enhancing the spaciousness of the area.
The villa’s accommodation capacity includes four air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, LCD TV, and wireless internet access. Two additional bedrooms are also equipped with TVs and share a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, LCD TV, and a private bathroom. The master suite also includes a sauna for complete relaxation. On the ground floor there is also a separate guest toilet.

Vodnjan
Vodnjan – Dignano is a town in southern Istria, ten kilometers north of Pula (Istrian County, western Croatia).
Thanks to a rich history whose traces can be found since ancient times, a very suitable climate, and exceptional natural beauty united in a unique combination of the green interior and the blue-blue coast of the Adriatic Sea, Vodnjan and its surroundings will delight you with its charm and cultural heritage, as well as a diverse range of activities.
In the past, Vodnjan-Dignano was an important urban center, and today this town is an interesting destination, especially for lovers of art and culture. Walking through the old part of the city, you will notice numerous buildings belonging to different historical periods: Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque. The museum is located in a palace built in 1300, which belonged to the Bettica family. The church of St. is particularly interesting. Blaža, whose bell tower is the highest in Istria (62 m). In the church there are preserved mummified bodies of saints and relics.

Beach San Polo, Bale
The wonderful San Polo is the hidden kingdom of the Bale coastline, a 4 km pebbly, sandy and rocky fairytale embraced by the Mediterranean macchia. San Polo beach and its crystal clear waters are the made for pure summer fun. The beach has a restaurant, coffee bar, shop, restrooms, shower, children playground, massage, parasol, canopy and chair rental, free tourist train and a beach cinema. If you are up to some sport or recreational activities, you may try beach volley court, free aquapark, spray park, diving centre, rent a bike, table tennis or just take a long relaxing stroll along the coast.
San Polo beach is not lifeguarded and the entrance fee is 30 kunas.
Beach Colone, Bale
The marvelous Colone is a pebble and rocky beach emerged into the turquoise waters of Bale coastline. Scented by the Mediterranean macchia under the vast Istrian skies, Colone beach is the synonym for summer fun.
