Villa Sunset
Villa Sunset is located in a small village Fuskulin near Porec, one of the most important tourist destinations on the Adriatic coast, known for its cultural and gastronomic offerings. The villa is perfect for relaxed holidays with family or friends and is ready to offer you everything you need. This fully air-conditioned villa with its 150 m2 living space spreads over two floors and accommodates up to six people.
The ground floor features a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom. The first floor contains three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
Most leisure time you will likely spend on the outdoor terrace, which features a 30 m2 pool, sun loungers for relaxation, and a dining area.
Additional amenities include table tennis and a squash court, shared by prior arrangement with the guests of the neighbour's house
The garden is fully fenced, and you will have three parking spaces at your disposal.

Schönes modernes Haus. Alles drin was man braucht. Genügend Platz für 6 Personen. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, Kilimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei 🙂 Im Haus ist einen Elektrogrill (wir hatten leider Grillkolhe von daheim dabei, deswegen diese Info). Moderne Küche. Dazu befinden sich überall Fliegengitter. Vorteil: das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung, nachteil, deswegen auch etwas ab vom schuss zu den üblichen Supermärkten. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort 🙂
Wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft - Perfekt ausgestattet und sehr freundlich!!!! Lage Perfekt, Haus wie dargestellt, Sehr freundliche Betreuung, Super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Funtana / Vrsar / Porec ganz leicht per Fahrrad erreichbar; Perfekter Gatsgeber
