The remarkable Villa Racan is the carefully restored 19-century estate which opened its welcoming gate to the modern nomads, offering the feel of traditional Istria combined with the coziness of the contemporary luxury. The spacious and beautiful estate can easily accommodate up to 20 people. The villa has 9 bright bedrooms with wooden beams on the ceiling and 11 bathrooms of which one is offering a traditional bathtub. The larger dining room has two tables for the whole company and the smaller one is perfect for the more intimate gastronomy pleasures. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances and furnished with wooden elements. The living room is the home of the original stone fireplace which offers the comforting open fire. The villa is completely air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi on the whole estate. 

The large yard with the garden with olive trees is perfect for long days in the sun on the sweet Istrian air. The 3 covered terraces are ideal for dining al fresco and the wooden pergola with the vine and the old well offer the ideal setting for sipping your morning coffee in the shade. The large swimming pool is the perfect spot for the refreshment after the long sunbathing lying carelessly on the cozy deck chairs. The outside shower will certainly add the charm of living in harmony with nature. Villa Racan offers a small playground for the younger children and several amusing games for the older ones, including darts and table tennis. The villa has private parking reserved for 7 cars. The whole estate is surrounded by the stone wall, securing peace and quiet and so much needed privacy among the lush greenery.

Bokordići

The fabulous Villa settled into the warm embrace of central Istria, in the small and peaceful village of Bokordići. Surrounded by the lush greenery and charming stone-made towns, Bokordići are the perfect location for a pleasant and restful holiday. The area is famous for its lovely hiking and biking trails and excellent cuisine found in many local taverns. Villa is the sweet starting spot for discovering the wonders of the Istrian peninsula like the romantic Svetvincenat with the stunning castle Grimani offering real medieval tournaments. The famous Rovinj is only a short drive away, ready to show all its splendor to all the dreamers eager for long serene walks through its stone-paved streets. Or you may choose to visit the well-known Poreč, admire its palaces and taste the fresh seafood offered in its many restaurants. Don`t forget to visit other marvelous towns on the western coast like Novigrad, Umag and the enchanting Vrsar and treat yourself with discovering thousands of different beaches. The eastern coast is the hidden gem which you will find on the same distance along with the proud and ancient Labin, the emerald coast of Rabac, the secrets of the old castle in Rakalj and many other stone jewels. The wonderful San Polo is the hidden kingdom of the Bale coastline, a 4 km pebbly, sandy and rocky fairytale embraced by the Mediterranean macchia. San Polo beach and its crystal clear waters are the made for pure summer fun. The beach has a restaurant, coffee bar, shop, restrooms, shower, children playground, massage, parasol, canopy and chair rental, free tourist train and a beach cinema. If you are up to some sport or recreational activities, you may try beach volley court, free aquapark, spray park, diving centre, rent a bike, table tennis or just take a long relaxing stroll along the coast.

San Polo beach is not lifeguarded and the entrance fee is 30 kunas.


Beach Colone, Bale

The marvelous Colone is a pebble and rocky beach emerged into the turquoise waters of Bale coastline. Scented by the Mediterranean macchia under the vast Istrian skies, Colone beach is the synonym for summer fun. The beach offers an amusing palette from a restaurant, coffee bar, shop, restrooms, showers, children playground, massage, parasols, canopy and chair rental, free tourist train and a beach cinema. The ones in the mood for sporting activities may choose beach volley, free aquapark, diving centre, renting a bike or table tennis.
