Villa Matea is a bright and serene holiday home which can accommodate up to 7 people. It`s 3 bedrooms with pleasant wooden floors, all with en suite bathrooms, are decorated in the traditional style providing the perfect good night sleep. 

The kitchen is fully equipped, designed following the natural design of the villa`s surroundings, and ready for delicious Mediterranean flavours and aromas. The belonging dining room accommodates 8 people at its large wooden table and it is connected to the whole ground floor. 

The cozy living room takes pride in the cushy large sofa which oversees the vast yard with the swimming pool and the surrounding nature. The house offers free Wi-Fi and secured parking. It is completely air-conditioned making it perfect not just during the hot summer but also through the mild Istrian winters which makes it a perfect holiday home throughout the whole year.

The garden is the proper tranquility zone. Surrounded by the white stone wall and the shade of the trees, it takes pride of the old olive tree under the neverending blue skies. The children`s playground is the cheerful area for the youngest providing the space just for them with two swings and a slide.

The outside covered terrace is the perfect spot for your morning coffee and dining al fresco listening only to the lovely birdsong. The delightful Villa  is a lovely getaway settled in Orbanici, a quiet green village between the romantic Svetvincenat and the captivating Vodnjan. Villa`s balanced design intertwines the best of the ancient and the modern, offering a cozy retreat embraced by the lush Mediterranean greenery.

The house is an excellent starting point for discovering Istria`s jewels. The fabulous and dreamy Svetvincenat with its wonderful castle and the famous medieval festival is practically around the corner, just like every child`s dream – Sanc. Michael Castle, the living magical history of knights, dams in distress and the glorious legends, all gathered in one place for the perfect adventure. 

A short drive will bring you to Bale, the architectural jewel which you simply can`t miss along with its wonderful coast. Make sure to visit one of the most beautiful places in the world, Rovinj and its memorable sights, just like the Lim Fjord which tells the story of the breathtaking views. Ancient Vodnjan with its palaces is definitely a place to see and the old damsel Pula, the largest Istrian town, will gladly show you all of her 3.000-year-old splendor.
