Very nice house, friendly owner, large bedrooms and each with own bathroom. Pool was cleaned several times per week, early in the morning. Perfect holiday!
Very nice pool area.
The holiday in the Villa Imela was beautiful. The owner from the villa was very friendly. Some days we were in Pula, Pula is a very nice city and in Rabac was a very nice beach. In the near from the villa are some hidden beaches, its a dream.I would drive to Istria anytime again. I can highly recommend Villa Imela, we were a young group and we had a lot of fun. The neighbor was very nice too. The Villa is standing in a very nice environment.
The remarkable accomodation is the genuine traditional Istrian estate, a loved and preserved jewel eager to share its warm hospitality and timeless serendipity. This fabulous gem is settled among the green rolling hills of Barban, the ancient and proud medieval town on the eastern coast of Istria. The story of Barban is the enchanting one, a place where the beautiful nature embraces the ancient architectural wonders and where the tradition keeps the transcendental tranquility entangled with exciting past. Besides the exquisite cuisine based on traditional recipes and the warmth of its people, this small town is famous for preserving and still maintaining the medieval cavalry game Trka na prstenac, The Race of the Ring, dating back to 1696, which attracts visitors from the whole world.
This remarkable area is known for its beautiful untouched nature, the mild green hills guarding the stunning Blaz bay and its freshwater springs, ancient watermills and the breathtaking sights on the old Trget, sea, and islands. It is exactly here where the famous legend of the lost crown of king Tomislav is born, the hidden treasure that is still to be found. The old mill roads are leading in almost every direction of Istria and they can be explored by cycling, hiking or long relaxing walks. The ancient spirit of Mediterranean is felt in every part of this wonderful corner of the world, through the rich history, its kind people and the excellent cuisine that combines the best that soil and sea can provide. This part is perfect for discovering not only the small charming stone towns on the coast but also the colorful inland with its historical wonders. The short drive will bring you the magical Svetvincenat and its glorious castle, the stunning remains of the old Rakalj castle and hidden beaches, charming Žminj and the famous 3000-year-old Pula with its many historical sights, shops, and restaurants.
The magical Blaz is a hidden pebble beach settled under Rebići, in the evergreen Barban area. The beautiful untouched nature, the mild green hills guarding the stunning Blaz bay and its freshwater springs, ancient stone watermills and the breathtaking sights are the birthplace of many local legends and a definite must-see.
Blaz beach is not lifeguarded and has no beach facilities.
