The villa is located near Grožnjan, the town of artists, the true architectural jewel with preserved city walls, churches, monuments and numerous art galleries. During the summer, Grožnjan becomes the art center visited by many musicians, painters and dancers from the whole world. Close to it, you will find the gorgeous Motovun, the medieval fairytale of ancient monuments, rich history, excellent cuisine and abundance of events. Momjan is well known as the spot for the exquisite and famous wines. The area takes pride of the charming Višnjan, ancient Oprtalj and many other small stone towns that make it truely magical. This small region is surely charted on every connoisseur/s map like the home of the truffles which can be found in almost all local taverns and restaurants. The whole valley of river Mirna is a visual spectacle almost made for enjoyment and relaxation.

The beautiful Osmica is sand and paved beach with lots of natural shade of the pine trees. Clear and shallow waters are perfect for families with small children. The beach offers a beach bar, a restaurant, variety of water sports, massage, outdoor showers, public restrooms, changing cabins, lounge chair, and parasols rentals. 

The Osmica beach is lifeguarded and adjusted to the needs of the disabled persons.


Beach Glavna plaža, Umag

The most popular beach in Umag is surely the Main beach, a long sandy and paved beach surrounded by the pine trees. The Main beach offers beach bars, restaurants, a pastry shop, a children`s playground, outdoor showers, public restrooms, changing cabins, a beach volley court, sun lounge, parasol, jet ski, and bicycle rental. 

The Main beach is not lifeguarded and the parking lot is fairly close to the beach.


Beach Kanegra, Umag

Located outside of the city, Kanegra beach is a pebble beach surrounded by greenery. Kanegra offers several beach bars, bistros, sporting activities like beach volley, tennis, windsurfing, table tennis or minigolf. The public restrooms, outdoor showers and changing cabins are nearby while the sun lounges and parasols may be rented on the beach.

Kanegra beach is lifeguarded and offers truely spectacular sunsets.



Beach Rivarela, Novigrad

The very symbol of Novigrad Rivarela beach is a paved urban beach for all generations. Rivarela is located on the Novigrad`s promenade and you may choose whether you will enjoy having fun under the warm sun or just lay in the deep shade of pine trees. Rivarela offers beach bars, restaurants, children`s playground, outdoor showers, public restrooms, changing cabins, sun lounges and parasols which may be rented on the beach.
